This one-time 60-min Consultation is aimed at answering all your questions - whether it's about what shoe to get for your next race, or about how to periodise your (ultra)running and strength training programmes together. You can book this service as many times as you wish. Whatever can be discussed in an hour, will be discussed and answered.

16-Wk Race Ready

The Iron Stride Race Ready programme is a strength-focused training plan to complement your running training. In this programme, we'll be working with you 1:1 and breaking down the entire training cycle in a way that supplements your primary sport, i.e., the race ahead. We follow science and evidence-based practices that are highly individualised and not built off spreadsheets found on the internet.

PRICE: INR 25000/- for 16 weeks

(Prepaid for the entire duration)

  • Detailed 16-wk strength training plan

  • Weekly 30-min training checkin

Monthly Coaching

The monthly coaching plan is ideal for those who wish to incorporate strength training in their lifestyles and plan pre-seasons, in-seasons and off-seasons for the long haul. In this programme, we'll be creating annual strength training plans and working with you to progress over a variety of athletic and sport-specific goals.

PRICE: INR 7500/- per month

(Prepaid each month, prorated for 1st month)
