I'm Kshitish - a trail, mountain and ultra-distance runner from New Delhi, India. I'm a UESCA Certified Ultrarunning Coach and an ISSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I'm also certified in Wilderness First Aid with CPR and EAI.

My goal is to spread knowledge about the art and science of strength training, as it's applied to the sport of trail and ultra running. My coaching philosophy is that of enablement through mentorship.
