Service Description
The IronStride 16-wk Strength programme is a periodised training plan to complement your race training. In this programme, we'll be working with you 1:1 and breaking down the entire training cycle in a way that supplements your primary sport, i.e., the race ahead. We'll be assessing your current fitness with benchmark tests and creating a bespoke training plan. We follow science and evidence-based practices that are highly individualised and not built off spreadsheets found on the internet.
Cancellation Policy
Once booked, a session cannot be cancelled. You may reschedule the session up to 1 hour before the start time.
